Main duties of the job
1. Comply with NMC Professional Registration and keep up todate with current nursing practices.
2. Undertake nursingassessment and evaluation to enable development of appropriate plans of carebased on the needs of the individual.
3. Be proficient in the delivery of care to patients.
4. Ensure safeadministration of drugs in accordance with NMC and CHS policies.
5. Ensure accurate records are kept in accordance with CHSpolicy and NMC guidelines.
6. Working as an effective team member and promoting team andinterdisciplinary relationships.
The role will involve, but not be limited toyou performing the above.

As North Derbyshire's only acute district general hospital, Chesterfield Royal Hospital NHS Foundation Trust are responsible for providing a full range of acute services as well as providing community midwifery, specialist children's services and a 24-hour Emergency Department.
