EPUT and MSEFT are embarking on a UK first of type EPR procurement for a single EPR that spans Acute, Mental Health and Community health services. We have already undertaken extensive market engagement and submitted our full business case.
There is extensive interest nationally in this first of type opportunity and we are excited to offer this role to an experienced HR and OD Professional.
As HR Manager within our Digital Transformation Programme, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our organisation's workforce. Your mission will be to strategically map out new ways of working, drive organisational development, and create pathways for career growth in alignment with our digital transformation objectives.
You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that our People and Culture strategy is fully integrated with the digital change initiatives, fostering a culture of innovation, agility, and continuous learning.
This role is critical to the successful delivery of our digital transformation, requiring a people-focused mindset, strong leadership, and a deep understanding of how digital change impacts people, processes, and organisational culture.
Main duties of the job
To work with the Nova Programme People and Culture Workstream Team and organisational colleagues to create the conditions in which employees at the Trusts can thrive and work to their best.
Key deliverables:
1. Develop and implement a comprehensive programme New Ways of Working strategy that aligns with the goals of the Unified Electronic Patient Record (Nova) digital transformation programme.
2. Work with Change and Engagement colleagues to identify the skills, roles, and competencies needed to support the digital transformation, and plan for future recruitment, development, and retention of talent.
3. Collaborate with leadership to anticipate future workforce needs and proactively address gaps in skills and capabilities.
4. Design and carry out organisation development initiatives to support the transition to new ways of working, including restructuring, role redefinition, and change management.
5. Monitor employee engagement levels throughout the transformation and implement initiatives to maintain morale and motivation.
6. Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on navigating the changes brought by digital transformation.
