Although it will be a busy role, you will be fully supported within the management team The practice list size is currently around 9700 patients. You will be expected to oversee daily operations of reception as well as motivating and supporting staff to deliver high quality services. You will need to demonstrate leadership and management skills to ensure the practice meets its objectives within an efficient and effective working environment. Key responsibilities will include but are not limited to managing staff rotas, managing clinical room rotas managing reception staff HR issues and appointment management. List of essential and desirable criteria are listed in more detail below however candidates need to be aware, it is essential that you have good knowledge of the systmone used within the practice and have the skills required to monitor and manage processes workflow Candidates must have strong organizational, prioritization and leadership skills, and be able to remain focused in pressured situations. You must show that you are an approachable person to work with and have the ability to manage teams, in particular designating work fairly.
