Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and manage a team of staff to provide high-quality care and services.
* Develop and implement individualised care plans that promote independence and well-being.
* Conduct regular staff meetings and performance reviews to ensure staff are equipped to deliver exceptional care.
* Collaborate with colleagues to achieve organisational objectives and improve services.
Requirements:
* Degree in Social Work or related field (desirable).
* Experience in managing a team and leading change initiatives.
* Excellent leadership, communication and interpersonal skills.
* Able to work independently and as part of a team.
