As a Digital Marketing Communications Executive, you will be responsible for developing and executing digital marketing activities to enhance our brand presence and drive customer, client and employee engagement including online UX. Working as part of a small and busy Brand, Marketing & Communications Team, you will work closely with various departments to ensure all our digital work is on brand, effective and engaging. Although you would be the go-to person for website and intranet work you will also have a role to play in wider BMC activities such as content creation, events and marketing. Apply now and be part of our exciting journey Key Responsibilities Develop and implement digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including and web and intranet. Manage and update website CMS and intranet CMS systems to ensure content is current and engaging. Create and design marketing materials using design software. Analyse and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for improvement. Support on B2B and B2C digital marketing and communications. Maintain and enhance our online presence through SEO and content marketing strategies. Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth. Deliver channel improvement programmes ensuring effective stakeholder and project management. Experience and Knowledge Proven experience in digital marketing, particularly in a B2B environment. Highly proficient in using various website CMS and intranet CMS systems (Umbraco preferable) Web development skills (qualification preferable) Strong design skills and experience with design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva). Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong content production skills including social media. Ability to analyse data and generate actionable insights. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
