We are working with a leading FM provider in London, celebrated for delivering exceptional hard services to the healthcare sector. They are looking for a dedicated Account Manager to nurture client relationships and ensure seamless service delivery across hospitals, clinics, and care facilities.
The Role:
As Account Manager, you will oversee key healthcare accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and operational success in mechanical, electrical, and HVAC services. This is a fantastic chance to bridge client needs with top-tier FM delivery while working with a market leader.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage client accounts across healthcare sites, focusing on hard services (e.g., HVAC, AHU maintenance).
* Ensure service delivery meets client expectations and complies with healthcare standards (e.g., HTM regulations).
* Act as the main point of contact, building strong, lasting relationships with clients.
* Collaborate with operational teams to address client needs and resolve issues promptly.
* Track account performance, report on KPIs, and identify growth opportunities.
What You’ll Bring:
* Experience as an Account Manager or similar in FM, ideally within healthcare.
* Knowledge of mechanical and electrical services (HVAC experience is a bonus).
* Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
* Awareness of healthcare compliance and client service standards.
* Ability to juggle multiple accounts and travel across London as needed.
