We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Consultant to join one of our key clients and lead the delivery of Salesforce projects.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead end-to-end Salesforce projects, ensuring successful implementation and stakeholder alignment.
* Facilitate workshops and requirement-gathering sessions, translating business needs into actionable solutions.
* Serve as the bridge between business and technical teams, ensuring clear communication and smooth execution.
* Create detailed user stories to guide development and configuration.
* Manage key stakeholders, building strong relationships and ensuring expectations are met.
* Oversee and lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to validate solutions and ensure seamless adoption.
Key Requirements:
* Extensive experience in Salesforce Service Cloud, with relevant certifications.
* Strong expertise in Contact Centre as a Service (CCaaS) solutions.
* Hands-on experience with Salesforce configuration and a solid understanding of its technical aspects.
* Proven ability to lead projects, manage stakeholders, and drive business outcomes.
