Hybrid wiorking - 2 days a week in London We are seeking an experienced D365 CRM Developer to join our team on a 6-month contract basis to support the upgrade of our CRM system from Dynamics 2011 to D365 CE (Customer Engagement) Online.. Key Responsibilities: Upgrade Support: Assist in the migration of CRM data, customizations, and configurations from Dynamics 2011 to D365 CE Online. Customisation & Development: Develop custom plugins, workflows, and integrations within Dynamics 365 CRM using C#, JavaScript, and Power Platform tools (Power Automate, PowerApps, etc.). Troubleshooting & Issue Resolution: Provide technical support during the migration and resolve any issues related to the upgrade process. System Configuration & Customization: Configure and customize D365 CRM modules, including Sales, Customer Service, and Marketing, to meet business requirements. Data Migration: Ensure smooth data migration, integrity, and testing from the legacy Dynamics 2011 system to D365 CE Online. Collaboration: Work closely with functional consultants, project managers, and the wider development team to ensure successful project delivery. Testing & Validation: Perform unit testing and assist with user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure the system meets the defined requirements. Key Skills & Experience: Experience: Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM CRM Versions: Strong experience with Dynamics 2011 CRM, specifically related to the upgrade to D365 CE. Technical Skills: Proficient in C#, JavaScript, and the Power Platform (Power Automate, PowerApps). Customization & Configuration: Experience in developing and customizing Dynamics 365 CRM applications, including forms, views, dashboards, and business rules. Integration: Experience with integrating D365 CRM with other business applications using web services, APIs, and data connectors. Data Migration: Familiar with tools and strategies for migrating data between Dynamics 2011 and D365 CE Online.
