The Role: As a Lettings Team Assistant, you’ll be at the heart of our day-to-day operations. You will:
* Assist in managing property viewings, from scheduling to conducting tours.
* Support lettings negotiators with administrative tasks, ensuring smooth operations.
* Communicate effectively with tenants, landlords, and external contacts.
* Help ensure properties are marketed and listed on all relevant platforms.
* Offer excellent customer service, answering queries and providing information to clients.
* Help maintain an organised database of properties, applicants, and contacts.
