Role Overview
The Corporate Partnerships Manager will focus on developing new business opportunities and nurturing existing relationships with corporate partners. This role requires a strategic thinker with exceptional relationship-building skills and a proven ability to secure significant corporate funding.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and deliver a corporate partnerships strategy that drives income growth and aligns with our client’s mission and objectives.
* Proactively identify and secure new corporate partnerships, focusing on high-value, long-term relationships.
* Manage and grow a portfolio of existing corporate partners, ensuring effective stewardship and mutually beneficial outcomes.
* Create compelling partnership proposals, sponsorship packages, and presentations tailored to prospective partners' priorities.
* Collaborate closely with internal teams to deliver impactful partnerships that align with the organisation’s goals.
* Represent our client at networking events, meetings, and presentations to engage potential corporate supporters.
* Monitor and evaluate partnership performance, ensuring all deliverables are met and reporting on the impact of collaborations.
* Stay informed of market trends and best practices in corporate social responsibility (CSR) to identify new opportunities.
Skills and Experience
Essential:
* Proven experience in corporate partnerships, business development, or a similar fundraising role.
* A track record of securing significant corporate income, including long-term partnerships.
* Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders.
* A strategic mindset, with the ability to identify opportunities and develop tailored approaches for partners.
* Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple relationships effectively.
