We are seeking compassionate and enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Domiciliary Care Assistants. If you are passionate about delivering high-quality care and support to vulnerable individuals, we’d love to hear from you Key Responsibilities Provide personal care and support to clients with a wide range of needs, illnesses, and disabilities. Assist clients with toileting, continence management, and personal hygiene. Support clients with their morning and bedtime routines. Administer medication as outlined in clients' care plans. Maintain accurate records of care, medication, and tasks performed. Prepare meals and drinks for clients, taking into account their dietary preferences, cultural needs, and nutritional requirements. Carry out light household duties, including housework and laundry, as part of the care plan. Adhere to health and safety regulations to promote the well-being of both clients and staff.
