We are proud to be working alongside our client, a well-established national organisation, in their search for a Transport Administrator to be based on site in Knottingley.
What does the role involve?
* Carrying out all supportive administration functions within the Transport department and the planners on site.
* Managing the in-house systems and databases.
* Liaising and communicating with others within the Customers on the phone.
* Managing and maintaining office files.
* Ensuring high levels of customer service with our clients and maintaining a high level of performance at all times.
* Ensuring that all jobs are documented correctly.
* Assisting the department to ensure compliance from a documentation perspective.
Your Experience
* Experience within a Transport Department would be an advantage but not essential as full training will be provided.
* Ability to multi-task and prioritise duties.
* Strong IT experience (Excel and Word).
