Job Title: Conveyancing Assistant
Location: West Yorkshire
An opportunity has arisen for a Conveyancing Assistant to work within my client’s conveyancing team.
Responsibilities:
* Handling general inquiries
* Assisting with property completions
* Conducting property searches
* Typing various correspondence
* Communicating with clients, solicitors, referrers, and estate agents
* Additional secretarial duties may be assigned as needed
Ideal Candidate:
* Work independently and effectively prioritize a busy workload
* Demonstrate strong communication skills
* Familiarity with SOS or other case management systems for preparing and processing forms is preferred but not mandatory.
The successful applicant must be able to work on their own initiative and prioritize a busy workload. Good communication skills are essential. A working knowledge of SOS or other case management system to prepare and process letters and forms correctly is desirable but not essential.
