Purpose of the role:
The Warehouse Supervisor will be responsible for maintaining the smooth running of production in Phase 2/3 areas. You will be committed to upholding standards of the food safety, legality, quality and integrity.
In this role you will be required to work 5 days out of 7 days. Saturday and Sunday 07.00- 16.00h, Monday to Friday 11.00- 20.00h.
Key Accountabilities:
You will assist the Warehouse Manager in the running of a busy warehouse and dispatch infrastructure with duties including:
•Ensuring effective development of the team structure, ensuring skills and knowledge are up to required standards.
•Maintaining KPIs to required standards and reported on a weekly basis to Warehouse Manager.
•Day to day running of GMP/ health and safety/ risk assessments.
•Creating monthly rota for staff members, including manning and staffing levels.
•Chairing daily team meeting as required.
•Create a training matrix and SMART plan for staff members and monitor all training progress.
