Launch innovations in nearly every commercial and defense aircraft platform
This role will best suit a highly organised team player with good administrative and communication skills looking for a diverse and challenging role. This position is predominantly an office-based role where you will work closely with the Commercial and Quality Assurance team on site to support excellent customer service & regulatory compliance in quality and import/export control. You will also provide logistics support for stock control/Stores Goods Inwards and Despatch.

Key requirements
* Dealing with customer enquiries on price quotation, delivery schedules and invoicing.
* Import & export licencing.
* Logistics activities including - processing material movement for incoming and outgoing parts and ensuring correct documentation control. Shipping administration & responsibility for regulatory compliance.
* Support to Quality to include- record maintenance and data retention.
* Assist in stock control and kitting of products from bonded stores to assembly lines.
YOU MUST HAVE:
* GCSE min Grade C (or equivalent) in English and Maths.
* Good interpersonal skills.
* Min 3 years of experience in an Administrative Assistant/ Business Support type role.
* Computer literacy in Microsoft (Office, Outlook, Teams) programmes.
