VANRATH are assisting with the recruitment of a Customer Support Admin for a major company that specialises in Global Sales.
This is a Full-time position - Monday - Friday. Flexible start times available: 8.00am / 8.30am / 9.00am.
Permanent position - Position of work is Dromore (Country Tyrone) .
Salary: £26,000 - £28,000 + Fantastic Benefits package
Responsibilities:
* Providing a high level of customer service to both new and existing customers.
* Troubleshooting and guiding first time customers through the deposit and bidder number allocation process.
* Analysing data and reports to establish new customer trends.
* Assisting with Auction Support when needed.
* Maintaining a positive working relationship with other departments.
The Ideal Person:
* Experience in similar role
* Second Language either German, Spanish or French.
* Excellent communication and customer care skills, and enjoy engaging with customers.
