Buying Administrator\n\nLocation: East Midlands, Leicestershire, City of Leicester\n\nJob Type: 3 month Contract, Full-Time\n\nSalary: £25,000 Per annum\n\nThe Job:\n\nFollowing procurement policies and procedures\nSupport the Procurement Team in delivering training to staff on procurement practices and use of the purchase request/purchase order system\nSourcing and purchasing a diverse range of products and materials\nBuild positive working relationships within the business\nSupport in all areas of procurement including negotiating contracts and commercial terms with suppliers.\nEnsure that all departments are fully informed of preferred suppliers\nIdentify and research potential new suppliers\nTo ensure all procurement related queries are dealt with efficiently\nRaising purchase requests as required.\nSetting up new suppliers \n\nThe Candidate:\n\nProven experience in a similar buying or procurement role\nExcellent communication and interpersonal abilities\nBe Immediately Available or on Short Notice\n\nThe Job:\n\nSalary £25,000 per annum\n3 month Fixed Term Contract\nVarious company benefits\nOffice-based role with standard working hours\nSound of interest and like to know more, please call Simon at Paul Mitchell Associates on (phone number removed)
