This role is vital in ensuring smooth and efficient operation of facility management services, providing support to on site team and the UK wide team. Your New Role: Support the Facilities Management team in delivering high-quality services across the site. Greet external contractors upon arrival, and arranging access passes/ permits to work. Act as the first point of contact for facilities-related queries, ensuring prompt resolution. Assist with day-to-day operations, including scheduling maintenance, coordinating contractors, and ensuring compliance with health and safety protocols. Maintain accurate records of service requests, work orders, and asset management. Support with administrative tasks such as purchase orders, invoicing, and reporting. Conduct site inspections and ensure workplace standards are upheld.
