Job Title: Pharmacist Banding: Band 8A Location: Orpington, Greater London Hours: 37.5 hours per week Start Date: ASAP Rate: £35 - £43 per hour Duration: 3 months We are seeking an exceptionally skilled and motivated Band 8A Pharmacist to join our esteemed client in Orpington, Greater London. This role requires working in a fast-paced and dynamic healthcare environment, where you will be responsible for providing specialised pharmaceutical care. Your advanced expertise will be pivotal in ensuring the precision and reliability of medication management, which is critical for patient health and treatment. Key Responsibilities: In this role, you will be responsible for assessing and managing the pharmaceutical needs of patients, developing and implementing tailored medication plans, and monitoring patient progress. You will work closely with the multidisciplinary team (MDT) to ensure comprehensive patient care, provide education and support to patients and their families, and maintain meticulous records and documentation. Qualifications and Experience: HCPC registration. Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy or a related field. Extensive experience in clinical pharmacy. Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.
