Certain Advantage is hiring for a Sales Operations Manager based in Glasgow.
Are you a Sales Manager or similar, with a background in the Power sector, looking to step into a crucial role, for a company in scale up phase, which has developed world-first, ground-breaking technology?

The Role:
This role is for a dynamic Sales Operations Manager; someone ambitious and ready to make an impact.
You'll be responsible for:
Drive sales through the management of a high-performing sales team
Develop and manage channel partners to convert a growing pipeline of sales
Manage the sales pipeline using CRM tools, processes and analytics to ensure opportunities are progressed efficiently, and to ensure effective forecasting, KPI tracking and reporting
Develop and manage a partner program to maximise successful sales through all partners
Coach the company and partner sales teams in relationship management, influencing, negotiation and deal closures
Support the VP Sales in developing sales strategy and implementation
The Individual
We're looking for people who can show:
Sales Manager, with a background in the Power Sector, or related industry
Experience selling through international supply chains to Transmission, Distribution, or generation companies, or equivalent industries such as Oil & Gas
Experience managing the delivery of technical and commercial proposals and tender responses
Experience with long sales cycles - up to a max of 3 yearsThe Benefits:
