What you’ll be doing… Child-centric Design engaging and impactful training and guides, using a range of formats from workshops to virtual training, group and 1:1. Deliver outstanding training and coaching tailored to individual needs – observing practice post training and measuring the impact of this. Facilitate and invidulate End Point Assessment exams for our Academy learners. Be responsible for the Cherubs Nurseries Performance Management Tool, ensuring this is well-implemented and engaged with across all nurseries. Communicate with Purpose Bring our policies and procedures to life through a range of engaging formats including virtual flip books, eye-catching videos and step by step guides. Maintain the Cherubs Nurseries annual training calendar, ensuring training is planned in at appropriate times and delivered via convenient means to meet the needs of our people. Play to Win Work closely with nursery managers to build a culture of continuous improvement and professional development. Track and monitor business-wide continuous professional development and training to ensure everyone is engaged in continuous learning and on pathways relevant to their role and stage in career. Monitor industry websites and publications to understand how we may need to develop and adapt training to meet changing needs and requirements. Continually research and develop training packages, integrating engaging tools and systems to enable us to deliver industry-leading training. Seek out Solutions Support with day-to-day training-related administration tasks such as setting up training venues, ordering equipment and supplies and tracking team expenditure. Support our Early Years Assessors and Head of Operations to ensure our learners are making good progress with their Apprenticeships. Review annually and in-depth our Parent Satisfaction Survey and Great Place to Work survey to understand what reactive training may need to be developed and delivered in response to trends and feedback. Continually develop the cycle of feedback from our people on the training they have received, to drive continuous improvement across the training team and overall service delivery. Look out for each other Be responsible for the Cherubs Nurseries training matrix, ensuring all nurseries and individuals are compliant. Be responsible for the implementation of Early Years Alliance e-learning across the business, ensuring high engagement and success rates. Support in the onboarding of new team members, ensuring they receive thorough onboarding and training as part of their probation – and have a competent mentor and buddy. Qualifications: Level 3 (or equivalent) Early Years Qualification Early Years Assessing Qualification (advantageous but not essential) Experience: At least 2-years working as part of a nursery or early years setting – ideally at leadership level. Skills: Natural and confident communicator and presenter – you will need to be able to communicate professionally and effectively with a wide variety of stakeholders. Strong IT and computer skills – you will need to be able to use Microsoft Office, email and Cherubs Nurseries systems, in addition to creating engaging training packages, guides and exams.Experience of designing/delivering training. Solid occupational competency within early years. Attention to detail – you will need to be able to critically evaluate your work and review its success post-implementation. Other role requirements You must be a car driver, with access to your own vehicle. Business travel will be required for this role. Competency Framework TBC What does success look like in this role?
