As a Service Assistant you'll work across several visitor areas, helping different departments deliver high-quality customer service. You'll play an important role in supporting various property teams in greeting and helping our visitors. You can expect to meet lots of different people and help in various visitor areas. As the public face of our property, you'll provide a warm, friendly welcome, give information about the property, answer questions and make sure everyone has an enjoyable and memorable visit around several areas of site.
