We are looking for an enthusiastic member of staff to join our admin and clerical team supporting our Physiotherapy, Occupational Therapy, Orthotics, Dietetics, and Speech & Language Therapy departments. You will offer a person-centered approach through offering a full range of reception, administrative, and clerical duties that supports the efficient and effective running of the therapy and outpatient department at Barnsley Hospital NHS Foundation Trust (BHNFT).
Job Summary
You will maintain a high level of professionalism whilst responsible for reception duties for our therapy and outpatient services at BHNFT. You will be dealing with enquiries and providing information to the general public both face to face and over the telephone.
You will be responsible for maintaining an efficient and effective appointment system for several outpatient therapy areas, including booking, cancelling, and re-arranging appointments, sending appointment letters, recording patient referrals, and using our digital systems.
