Key Responsibilities: Culinary Team Lead
We are seeking an experienced Chef to lead our culinary team as a Culinary Team Lead. As a Culinary Team Lead, you will be responsible for leading a team of Chefs, coordinating kitchen operations, and ensuring that all food is prepared to a high standard. You will also be involved in menu planning, staff training, and maintaining high standards of food quality and presentation.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in culinary management, excellent leadership skills, and experience in a similar role. They must also be able to maintain a positive attitude, work well under pressure, and ensure that all kitchen activities are conducted safely and efficiently.
Estimated Salary: £42,000 - £50,000 per annum
