Essential Ingredients
Experience of working in a fast-paced environment as an administrator or co-ordinator.
Excellent IT skills including experience of working with various IT systems, Excel and spreadsheets.
Strong team working ethic
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a wider site function
Good relationship builder- collaborative in approach, establishing credible, trusted relationships with both internal and external contacts at all levels.
Good communication skills, both written and verbal.

The Recipe
As the Site Administrator, you will thrive on working in a busy environment and enjoy a varied role, where no two days are the same. You’ll be a confident communicator with good written and verbal skills and able to build strong relationships with our colleagues.
In this role, you will be responsible for taking minutes during meetings, ensuring accurate and timely documentation of discussions and decisions. You will manage stock replenishment, keeping our supplies well-stocked and organised. Additionally, you will prepare presentation packs for the site leadership team, ensuring all materials are ready and professionally presented for important meetings. You need to be analytical and proficient in using Excel to handle data and generate reports.
You will be highly organised and able to prioritise your workload as you provide administrative support to the leadership team. You’ll be dedicated to supporting the team with various administrative tasks, including but not limited to receptionist duties, supporting communication and engagement efforts, handling confidential information, and managing administrative occupational health requirements.
To be successful in this role, you will be able to work independently, with a high level of attention to detail and accuracy. The ideal candidate should be self-sufficient and capable of managing their own workload effectively, ensuring tasks are completed on time and to a high standard.
