As a Customer Service Team Member, you’ll play a vital role in delivering top-quality products on time and in an efficient manner for Ocado and Morrisons.

Working patterns will involve evenings and weekends, but you’ll receive premiums that increase your average hourly earnings to £13.22 per hour, plus enhanced overtime for special occasions.

You don’t need previous experience to join our good-natured team – just bring a positive attitude and our amazing training team will do the rest.
But you will need:
* A full UK or EU driving licence
* A minimum of 6 months driving experience
* No more than 6 penalty points
* No driving disqualifications in the past 5 years
Some deliveries involve handling alcohol products, so you must be over 18 to apply.
Good communication skills are essential for this customer-facing role.

Hourly pay:
* Monday to Saturday (Basic Rate): £12.74
* Evening Premium (from 6pm): £1.12
* Sunday Day Premium: £1.27
* Sunday Evening Premium: £2.51
* Overtime rate (Monday to Saturday, Day Shift): £15.93
* Overtime rate (Monday to Saturday, Evening Shift): £17.33
Contract Details:
* Contract Type: Permanent
* Contract Hours: 40 hours (including paid breaks)
* Contracted days: You will work any 5 days out of 7, with further information provided during pre-boarding
* Shifts: AM & PM, with start times as early as 05:30 and finish times as late as 12:00
* Pay Structure: Weekly paid
