Job Description
* Processing and managing financial transactions and invoices
* Regularly updating financial records and databases
* Resolving any issues or discrepancies with invoices
* Preparing and submitting financial reports
* Assisting in the preparation of budgets and forecasts
* Ensuring compliance with financial regulations and standards
* Maintaining confidentiality of financial information
* Working collaboratively with the Accounting & Finance team
The Successful Applicant
A successful Purchase Ledger Clerk should have:
* A solid understanding of financial processes and principles
* Strong numerical skills and attention to detail
* Proficiency in using financial software and MS Office
* A degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills
* The ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
