Role Overview: As the Export Sales Manager, you will be working directly with the founders, helping them with their goal to expand internationally. After successfully entering the European and Middle Eastern markets, the directors now have large goals to expand their international sales. As Export Sales Manager, your goal is to sell to international distributors. You will attend trade shows in locations such as Greece, Milan, Geneva and Prague, networking and relationship building with key distributors in order to build your portfolio of clients. This is a win and retain role, where you will be part of the process from start to finish, continuing to nurture your existing clients and maximise spending. The Export Sales Manager will utilise existing relationships to create warm leads, market map to find new leads and generate additional leads from trade shows.
Requirements:
· 2+ years in export sales
· Sold to FMCG distributors is advantageous
· Able to attend office in Kirkby Lonsdale 2 days pw
Package:
· £50k basic + 20% OTE bonus
· 25 days holidays + BH
· Hybrid working
· International travel
