Temporary PMO Analyst

Pay Rate: £19.95 per hour PAYE
36 Monday – Friday, normal working hours
This opening assignment is for 3 months
City: WEMBLEY, LONDON
Supporting the Director of Strategic Change, the CPMO lead, and the delivery teams, including coordination, planning, control, reporting, analysis and insights.
Key Responsibilities:
Provides Programme and project services, e.g. (but not limited to):
maintaining schedules and plans
financial monitoring
decision support
benefits tracking
maintaining risks, actions, issues, and change registers
dependency management
resource management
Coordinate the production of reports to support governance by collating, analysing, evaluating and manipulating data. Maintain libraries, registers and systems.
Provides education, training and first line support on the agreed Programme and project procedures, processes and tools.
Supports any management in championing embedding P3M practises across the organisation.
And it takes the role of service manager for one or more P3M surfaces of the organisation.
Qualifications:
Prince2, MSP or P30 qualifications - preferable
Knowledge:
Core applications and tools of the organisation.
Change and Delivery methods in associated controls from the first to last stage gate (e.g. PRINCE2, Managing Successful Programmes etc…).
Corporate language and communication, culture (including risk and change appetite, organisational policy, politics). Context and current priorities.
Corporate processes and procedures (and associated timings) relevant to delivery.
P3M and PMO theories and models, including maturity models
Experience:
Experience of programme coordination/administration
Experience of managing small projects, or exposure to the end to end project lifecycle, or managing substantial parts of the project lifecycle
Experience of working within a structured project management framework
Skills & Abilities:
Skill at managing stakeholder groups and balancing diplomacy and tact with assertiveness
Very good prioritisation skills to balance key priorities
