Godstone Haematology Ward is a 5 bedded area off Godstone Ward and is a specialised haematology and chemotherapy ward. The post holder will lead and manage the ward nursing team.
Main Duties:
1. To develop and lead in the delivery of professional nursing care to patients ensuring the highest possible standards of care are received by patients and their carers while on the ward.
2. To assist the Matron by contributing to developing high standards of care across the Division.
3. To act as an excellent role model and leader to all staff.
4. The management of the ward and budgets.
5. To lead and manage the ward.
