The role: We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Infrastructure Analyst to join our IT Infrastructure team in Bristol. What will you do: Admini ster Microsoft SCCM & Intune co-management, focusing on Application Deployment and security updates. Manage SCCM tasks including task sequences, OS images, driver packages, and boot images. Managing iOS & Android Applications and Policies via Intune and Apple Business Manager Manage Applications and Configuration involving Azure Virtual Desktop Utilize scripting proficiency in Batch Files & Windows PowerShell for application distribution and system management. Proficient in managing Active Directory groups and security groups, demonstrating a strong understanding of AD administration. Offer 3rd line support and troubleshooting via the ServiceNow ticketing system. Engage with third-party vendors, maintaining relationships to support the EUC team effectively. Contribute to documentation, communication of configuration changes, and continuous improvement. Act as the SME for the EUC ecosystem, delivering all EUC configuration management and services. What we are looking for: Applicants will have ideally have at least 2 years of experience as a Desktop Infrastructure Analyst with proficiency in Microsoft SCCM & Intune co-management, including compliance policies, security updates, and device configurations for Windows and iOS Devices D emonstrated expertise in scripting, specifically in Windows PowerShell for efficient application distribution, system management and Reporting. Solid knowledge of managing SCCM tasks, such as task sequences, OS images, driver packages, and boot images. Experience implementing cloud integrations using Intune with Azure Virtual Desktop, ensuring streamlined deployment processes Proven ability to provide 3rd line support and effective troubleshooting through the ServiceNow ticketing system.
