Job Description
Accounts Assistant responsibilities:
* Supporting the finance team in managing, processing various accounts and transactions.
* Assisting with budget preparation and financial planning processes.
* Helping the finance team in managing the company's financial accounting, monitoring and reporting systems.
* Maintaining organised and updated financial records.
* Contributing to the company's financial audits.
* Assisting in the preparation of monthly/annual financial statements.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Accounts Assistant should have:
* A degree or equivalent qualification in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
* Proficiency in MS Office, particularly in Excel.
* Good understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
* Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail and the ability to multitask.
* Strong analytical skills and an aptitude for problem-solving.
