Key Responsibilities:
1. Developing and executing brand strategies to increase brand awareness, market share, and profitability for the company's products.
2. Develop and implement long-term brand strategies that align with company goals.
3. Ensure that packaging aligns with consumer trends and stands out.
4. Collaborate with the digital marketing, social media, and PR teams to ensure cohesive messaging.
5. Managing all aspects of brand communication, innovation, and customer experience across various channels while ensuring alignment with business objectives and market trends.
6. Work closely with the R&D and product development teams to oversee the launch of new products, ensuring alignment with brand values.
7. Create go-to-market plans for new product launches, including positioning, pricing, and promotional strategies.
8. Provide regular performance updates to senior leadership, offering insights and recommendations based on data.
The successful candidate will have previous B2C marketing experience, within Brand marketing, digital marketing, product and eCommerce. Experience using marketing software including CRM, Google Analytics, and social media platforms.
In return you will receive a salary paying circa £45K DOE + hybrid working (2 days WFH non-negotiable) + excellent benefits.
