Working Pattern Full-time, 37.5 hrs per week on rotating shifts: Week 1: Monday-Friday at 7:00-15:00 Week 2: Monday-Friday at 13:30-21:30 Week 3: Monday-Thursday at 7:00-15:00, then Saturday-Sunday at 9:00-17:00 Week 4: Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday at 13:30-21:30 What is involved? • Responsibility for the safe and efficient practices for decontamination, instrument assembly and sterilisation of instruments, consumables and equipment within predefined quality standards. • Providing direct and effective supervision to ensure timely delivery of clean and/or sterile instrumentation. • That operational activities fully comply with all required Health and Safety procedures and guidelines. • Monitor, Maintain and record all department quality assurance records in accordance with the QMS. • To proactively monitor, evaluate and ensure that operational activities fully comply with required Health and Safety procedures and guidelines and staff are kept informed and trained on health and safety procedures in the workplace. • To participate as an integral member of the management team and actively contribute to suggestions of innovation, continuous improvement, and best practices. • To actively assist and support the Production Manager in the planning and operational process.
