AVAILABLE NOW Customer Revenue Specialist Wanted Our client is seeking a Customer Revenue Specialist to join their team on a 6 month fixed term contract, with possibility to go permanent after. The Customer Revenue Specialist will be working for a rapidly growing company, with the opportunity to develop your career further and wider. The Customer Revenue Specialist must have experience in Customer Service and must be organised, self-motivated and friendly. Key Responsibilities for the Customer Revenue Specialist: Make outbound calls to customers Communication with customers at risk of supply suspension Communication with customers moving out to maximise revenue recovery Review customer accounts Analyse billing and debt data Undertake customer account reconciliations Review customer information ensuring all contact details are correct Skills Required for the Customer Revenue Specialist: Excellent communication and presentation skills Good organisational, time management and planning skills Solid analytical skills IT literate, in Microsoft Office including Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook Good attention to detail Willingness to think differently Full UK Driving License Able to work as a member of a team Friendly, positive mindset and forward-thinking If this role is of interest, please apply for additional information or contact Thomas Edevane from Clearwater People Solutions
