Peaple Talent has partnered with a growing organisation to recruit for a Service Desk Manager.
Job Brief:
As the Service Desk Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of the service desk ensuring that IT service is provided efficiently and effectively.
Working within a collaborative team, you will oversee a small team of Engineers driving a continuous improvement mentality and ensuring the team provides excellent customer service.
The successful candidate will be both technical and operational and be able to implement ITIL processes to align to business needs.
Note – You will be required to work onsite 5 days a week with this reducing to 4 days a week once your probation is passed.
Your profile:
The ideal candidate will have the following experience;
* Lead, manage and motivate your team to deliver key goals and excellent customer service
* Provide technical support and act as an escalation point when required
* Monitor team performance to ensure that SLA’s are hit
* Coach and mentor team with incident and problem resolution and provide training when required
* Be able to report across financials and resources
* Thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced organisation
