Your Responsibilities as Store Manager:
Lead, motivate, and inspire your team to deliver an exceptional retail experience
Drive store performance through KPIs, sales, and operational excellence
Train, mentor, and develop your team, supporting their career growth
Manage stock levels, visual merchandising, and store standards
Report directly to the Area Manager, contributing to the wider retail strategy
Who Are We Looking For?
