About the role:
The Registered Care Manager is accountable for safe and effective service delivery across all units they manage. Working with the Director of Services, the Manager will be expected to take part in the development and implementation of strategic plans and objectives, building external networks and partnerships and developing best practice across the organisation.
Key responsibilities of our Registered Care Manager:
Undertake the responsibilities of the “Registered Manager” of the Service as required by the Health & Social Care Act 2008 and associated regulations.
Efficiently manage the day to day running of the site and the services provided.
