As a Digital Lead Supplier Manager, you will be responsible for implementing procurement strategies for a particular area of DWP Digital. You will manage the team through prioritisation of requirements throughout the procurement lifecycle as well as leading on complex sourcing.
You will collaborate with our Commercial Leads and key stakeholders ensuring a seamless procurement service to the organisation, supporting our day-to-day operation and continual development.
You will work in a challenging and complex stakeholder environment, where building relationships both with existing and new suppliers is crucial. This role is all about delivering and inspiring change, leading your team to deliver timely solutions and value for money.

* Demonstrable evidence in leading the development, implementation and evaluation of effective supplier management strategies and plans, resulting in both effective delivery and measurable improved supplier performance.

* Experience in thinking strategically and leading a team to deliver effective results and a quality service.

* Experience of utilising contractual and financial information to critically assess problems and lead with delivering a timely resolution across multiple workstreams.
* Experience of delivering at pace, managing and prioritising tasks in a fast-paced agile working environment.

Hybrid Working: We work a hybrid model - you'll spend some time working at home and some time collaborating face to face in a hub.
Pay: We offer competitive pay of £55,557.
