Director of Sales
The Regional Director of Sales - Europe is responsible for leading a high-performing team of Account Directors to drive revenue growth for the FS portfolio globally.
With a deep understanding of the luxury travel market, the Director will cultivate meaningful relationships across key accounts, partners, and internal stakeholders. This role requires a strong ability to influence and collaborate across the broader Commercial organization, ensuring seamless integration of sales strategies that support long-term business growth.
Additionally, the Director will contribute to global initiatives and cross-regional projects, bringing strategic insight and leadership to elevate our position in a competitive market.
What You Will Do:
1. Strategic Leadership & Regional Oversight
* Oversee the European Worldwide Sales Office team.
* Develop and execute sales strategies for assigned segments.
* Lead the annual Sales & Marketing Plan.
* Drive performance via clear objectives and revenue targets.
1. Market-Centric Sales Strategy & Innovation
* Use market insights to create innovative sales strategies.
* Adapt plans to diverse European markets.
* Lead property support initiatives like FAM trips and activations.
2. Team Leadership & Talent Development
* Manage and mentor regional sales teams.
* Hold regular 1:1s, strategy, and team meetings.
* Lead performance reviews and development planning.
* Promote succession planning and talent growth.
3. Global Collaboration & Project Leadership
* Represent Europe in global sales initiatives.
* Lead workstreams tied to global strategy.
* Support new hotel openings with strategic input.
4. Account & Partner Management
* Ensure delivery of strategic account plans.
* Oversee non-standard contracts for compliance and alignment.
What You Bring:
* Minimum 10 years’ experience in Sales, preferably in the luxury hotel industry.
* Previous experience in a Marketing role is considered an asset.
* 5+ years leading and managing a Sales team.
