What skills and experience we're looking for
The Laurus Trust are looking to appoint an experienced HR Advisor to join our HR team. This will be a generalist role where the ideal candidate will be responsible for providing a responsive, effective, professional and compliant HR service, which is full embedded across our Trust. We are open to flexible working options for this position, including term time or part time.

Job Purpose (For further details on the role, please find the Job Description below)
• Provide technical guidance and advice to managers on employee relations matters and the interpretation and application of all HR policies and procedures.
• Contribute to the development of the HR strategy
• Develop and maintain good working relationships with managers and trade union representatives to gain and sustain an understanding of key issues and priorities.
Key Skills & Experience
• Level 5 CIPD (or above), or equivalent experience is essential
• Prior experience in a similar role
• Experience of working in a school / education environment is desirable
