Central Recruitment are working with a large international distributor of professional, innovative luminaires, audio equipment, truss and accessories company in Colne (BB8), recruiting for an Internal Sales Team Member. Full training will be given.
Responsibilities
* Accurately input and process online/email/phone orders
* Dealing with email and phone queries relating to deliveries/spare parts/returns
* Liaise with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely and accurate order dispatch
* Assist customers with returns and warranty claims
* Maintain and update customer records within the CRM system
* Provide after-sales support, resolving any customer issues professionally and efficiently
* Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to existing customers
* Work closely with the sales and accounts teams to ensure smooth order processing and invoicing
* Support marketing initiatives by gathering customer feedback and insights
* Assist with general administrative duties relates to sales operations
Requirements
* Previous experience in customer service
* Strong communication skills
* Excellent problem solving and relationship building skills
* Personable phone demeanour with a knack for empathetic customer interactions
* Proactive and motivated
* IT literate with experience working with Microsoft packages and CRMs
