What Youll Be Doing Lead, Inspire, and Empower: Manage and support our amazing team of nurses and admin staff. Conduct regular appraisals and coaching sessions to help your team shine. Foster a culture of growth, positivity, and collaboration. Deliver Outstanding Care: Ensure every service meets or exceeds RQIA standards and client expectations. Regularly review and update policies to keep us at the forefront of best practices. Address client feedback with empathy and solutions. Drive Success: Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and training for new team members. Lead quality improvement initiatives to take our services to the next level. Build strong relationships with clients, healthcare professionals, and your team. What Makes You the Perfect Fit? Were looking for a driven, compassionate leader who thrives in a dynamic environment and is ready to take on challenges with confidence. Must-Haves: Registered Nurse/Charge Nurse on the NMC register. At least 5 years of experience in a healthcare setting, with 2 years in management. A solid understanding of RQIA standards and regulatory requirements. Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. IT savvy, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and care management systems. Excellent organizational and time-management skills. Nice-to-Haves (but not dealbreakers): Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Health and Social Care (or willingness to pursue). Experience managing RQIA-regulated services. Knowledge of safeguarding policies and procedures.
