Education and Training
£20 - £30 per hour
Responsibilities:
* Provide tailored academic support to students with Special Educational Needs (SEN) in GCSE subjects (English, Maths and Science)
* Develop individualised lesson plans based on students' needs and abilities
* Deliver engaging and interactive tutoring sessions to enhance learning outcomes
* Assess students' progress and adjust teaching strategies accordingly
* Collaborate with teachers, parents, and support staff to ensure holistic support for students
Minimum Requirements:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
* Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Education or relevant field
* At least 2 years of experience in tutoring or teaching students with SEN
* Experience working with students with SEN
* Understanding of SEN support strategies
* Ability to differentiate instruction to meet diverse learning needs
* Strong organisational skills
* Postgraduate qualification in Special Educational Needs (desirable)
* Experience in conducting assessments for SEN students (desirable)
