We are seeking an experienced, results driven leader with a passion for fostering teamwork, technical expertise, and process excellence. In this crucial role, you will drive performance, cultivate robust stakeholder relationships and ensure the delivery of exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and inspire the Customer Accounts team by setting clear objectives, fostering a coaching culture and effectively managing performance.
* Build strong relationships with cross-functional teams, such as Customer Operations, Mobility, IT, and Fleet, streamlining collaboration and communication.
* Guide the team in resolving complex queries and problems related to Customer Account Management.
* Prioritise staff wellbeing and workload management, ensuring efficient resource allocation.
* Oversee daily operational tasks, maintaining accuracy, quality, and timeliness, while upholding fair customer treatment measures.
* Act as a subject matter expert, providing support and solutions for accounting queries and problem-solving within the Accounts Receivable domain.
Skills and Experience:
* Proven track record of managing and developing high-performing teams in a fast-paced environment.
* Extensive knowledge and experience in SAP FI, including Sales Ledger, Banking modules, Payment and Collection runs, and General Ledger management.
* Strong proficiency in Microsoft applications, particularly Excel.
* Solid understanding of the VWFS portfolio and commercial awareness of product operations.
* Adaptable problem-solver who thrives in a dynamic environment.
* Experience in managing relationships and collaborating with stakeholders at all levels.
* Self-motivated, creative, and process-improvement-oriented team player.
