The role of the PCN Admin Coordinator is required to assist the PCN Manager and members of the PCN to work collaboratively. The ideal candidate will need to be proactive, have a passion for primary care, and have a proven track record in administrative and financial coordination. The remit of this role is broad and will require attention to detail in delivering high-quality day-to-day coordination.
Main duties of the job
The PCN Admin Coordinator's areas of responsibility include:
Administration:
1. Organising meetings with internal and external stakeholders ensuring actions are completed in a timely manner.
2. Organising and updating the PCN SharePoint.
3. Supporting PCN Manager with PCN project management.
4. Supporting with administrative elements of Limited Company.
5. Developing a working knowledge of the GP and Network contract, the Quality Outcomes Framework/Impact and Investment.
Finance:
1. Managing ARRS claims and invoicing.
2. Supporting with PCN budgeting, P&L, invoicing and payments.
3. Managing DES claims including IIF and other CQRS claims.
4. Monitoring and checking the accuracy of the submissions for the DES and contractual requirements.
5. Supporting with financial elements of Limited Company including supporting with monthly reporting back to PCN Board.
6. Maintaining accurate records of income and expenditure against projects and funding streams.
7. Organising the procurement of equipment, supplies and services within agreed budgets.

Qualifications
* GCSE grade A to C in English and Maths.
