Main Duties and Responsibilities: The Trainee Recruitment Consultant role will support the branch team with: Sourcing high quality candidates using job boards, social media, and our innovative in-house CRM system. Candidate phone screening and interviewing CV formatting and preparation Writing and posting eye-catching, engaging job adverts that attract candidates Maintain excellent compliance standards, ensuring that right to work / employment checks are carried out and documents are recorded and stored as per Company policy and in line with employment law Building a strong availability of candidates, maintaining a rapport with them and keeping them updated on their application status to maintain engagement Carrying out of reference checks to ensure that candidates meet our high standards Supporting with inductions on site Attending local job fairs and engaging with Job Centres and employability centres Preperation of weekly timesheets and rotas Data entry into the CRM of candidate information, timesheets and holidays, ensuring high levels of accuracy Ensuring excellent customer service to our clients and colleagues at all times, and maintaining excellent levels of professionalism Our Ideal Candidate Previus industry experience is not essential as full training will be provided however the most important ingredient for us is energy, drive and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. We are seeking someone with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and someone who is highly organised and has a dedicated work ethic. Candidates with previous administration experience would be preferred, as would someone with strong customer service experience. Candidates who hold a UK driving licence and their own transport are preferred, however we will also consider candidates who are working towards this.
