Description Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects. Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget. Develop a detailed project plan to track progress. Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques. Report and escalate to management as needed. Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders. Perform risk management to minimise project risks. Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation. Profile A successful Interim PMO Analyst/Project Coordinator should have: Proven experience in project management and knowledge of project management tools. Strong problem-solving skills and an ability to work under pressure. Experience of pulling together and managing RAID logs. Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Solid organisational skills including attention to detail and multitasking abilities.
