We're looking for a visionary, strategic, and inspiring Chief Creative Officer (CCO) to join our leadership team and drive the agency's creative direction and output.
Position Overview:
The Chief Creative Officer (CCO) will lead and shape the creative vision and positioning of the Tag EMEA, overseeing all aspects of creative strategy, ideation, and execution. This role requires an individual with exceptional creative leadership, an ability to foster collaboration across teams, and a passion for delivering groundbreaking work that resonates with clients and audiences alike. The CCO will be a key partner in developing business strategies and will have a direct impact on the growth and evolution of the agency’s creative output.
Key Responsibilities:
* Creative Leadership:
* Define and drive the agency’s creative vision and positioning, ensuring alignment with overall business goals and client needs.
* Lead the creative team in developing innovative concepts, high-quality campaigns, and immersive brand experiences.
* Foster a culture of creativity, collaboration, and excellence, encouraging continuous learning and creative risk-taking.
* Client Engagement & Strategy:
* Serve as the creative face of the agency, building strong relationships with clients and partners.
* Collaborate with clients to understand their goals and craft compelling creative strategies that drive business results.
* Actively participate in new business pitches and presentations, providing creative insight and strategic direction.
* Team Management & Development:
* Lead, mentor, and inspire a talented team of designers, directors, writers, producers, and other creatives.
* Foster an environment of collaboration, professional development, and creative exploration.
* Oversee recruitment, retention, and growth of creative talent to meet the agency’s evolving needs.
* Creative Excellence & Quality Control:
* Ensure all creative deliverables meet the agency’s high standards of quality, consistency, and innovation.
* Maintain creative oversight across all projects, from concept to final execution, ensuring the integrity of the original vision is upheld.
* Stay ahead of industry trends and technology to ensure the agency is always pushing creative boundaries.
* Cross-Department Collaboration:
* Work closely with account management, production, and strategy teams to ensure creative solutions align with client objectives, timelines, and budgets.
* Partner with the executive team to develop agency-wide goals and initiatives, driving innovation and business growth.
Qualifications:
* Experience: Minimum 10 years of experience in creative leadership roles within an agency or production environment, with a proven track record of delivering award-winning work.
* Leadership Skills: Strong experience managing and inspiring a creative team, with a hands-on approach to mentorship and professional development.
* Creative Expertise: A diverse portfolio showcasing exceptional creativity across digital, branding, film, advertising, and experiential media.
* Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop and execute innovative creative strategies that align with clients’ business objectives.
* Client-Facing Experience: Experience presenting to and managing high-profile clients, with an ability to understand and translate client briefs into creative solutions.
* Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments and inspire teams.
* Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of current design trends, emerging technologies, and industry best practices.
Preferred Qualifications:
* Experience with large-scale production and integrated marketing campaigns.
* Familiarity with digital marketing, social media, and data-driven creative solutions.
* An entrepreneurial mindset and ability to think beyond traditional agency models.
