We're seeking a Payroll Administrator to join a great business with progression.
Title: Payroll Administrator
Location: Stockport
Salary : £25,000
Key Responsibilities
Manage the processing of starters and leavers, ensuring accurate statutory deductions and third-party payments.
Update and process company Time & Attendance (T&A) systems.
Handle payroll processing for all staff using Payrite and Sage systems.
Distribute employee correspondence, including pay slips, P11Ds, and P60s.
Ensure full compliance with HMRC regulations.
Compile detailed monthly and yearly reports.
Assist with the reconciliation of expenses. Required Skills & Experience
Previous experience in a payroll-related role.
Strong knowledge of payroll processes and software.
Excellent prioritisation and organisational skills, with the ability to meet deadlines.
A keen eye for detail and accuracy.
Self-motivation, the ability to work independently, and a positive, ‘can do’ attitude.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
A commitment to maintaining discretion and confidentiality at all times.
